We, as humans, have goals to live a life. And, the most common target for us is to acquire growth. And, growth is all related to the quality of life that we lead, i.e., the lifestyle. Our personal and familial lifestyle and safety help us to acquire an image within society. Simply, our lifestyle depends on money. So, in simple words, we can describe that growth is directly proportional to wealth. So, money or money-making potential is the basic idea of businesses.

But there is always some reason not to believe in this equation completely. SG Power Projects is a company which acts as contractors, and we have to work with people, for people and not for or with products. We are not manufacturers or product suppliers. We are a workforce based set-up. All we can provide is humans for delivering quality works to our clients/ customers. We service and work on the hydroelectric powerplants, which we cannot sell you.

Thus, our full focus is on humans and not products or robots. Automation is not our cup of tea. So, the sole responsibility that we take on is the word of safety for our employees, workers and customers. Electrical and Mechanical works can often lead to accidents. We have big machines like the Governor, Generator, Seal, Runner, etc. which are pretty dangerous stuff for working. And, these accidents have the potential to turn out to be quite brutal. Many people may lose their lives if the matter of safety is ignored.

safety matter most

                                           Safety is our topmost priority.

Safety is our Topmost Priority:

Now, moving on towards the 8th year of our journey, we can proudly say that we have some severe credentials (To check out our credentials, please visit our Completed Projects section). We have offered high-quality services till now and aim to continue this service as long as we exist. So, coming back to the topic, to provide quality works, we need qualified staff, and they need to work at their best to complete this aim. To help them stay at their peak is our work, and we optimize the safety protocols accordingly.

We always prioritize health of our staff & workers over our own personal wealth. It was and always remain to be our policy. We can tolerate money losses but not life losses.                                                                                   – Director, SG Power Projects Pvt. Ltd.

At a site like ours, it requires constant inspection and checks of the machines before we can safely begin work from our end. We report the customer immediately regarding any discrepancies or risks that can incur in due course of project work. We are at out toes monitoring the potential hazards of sharp objects & electrical lines on the field of work. Fires, mishandling of machines, & wounds caused by instruments are quite common forms of risks.

What Do We Do to Tackle All this?

So, as a company, we have our guidelines as clear as crystal. We make budgets for each of the employees. If he/she is impacted in any way, the medical bills and the recovery period amount will be renumerated in his/her account. Any miscellaneous costs will also be taken care of by us if we get the proper intimidation about it beforehand. We never take human health casually, and immediate strict inspections and incident reports are collected, and our experts analyze these incidents. These are further submitted to our customers for their verification as well.

We inform all the employees about the safety procedures that they need to follow, i.e., we have a set of protocols which are already drafted by the core team. Our Site Manager or the Project Manager is a field expert who has the duty of inspecting the site before the work begins. He/she needs to create a report on the working environment safety and equipment safety.

The Manager will check for potential outdated machines, faulty electrical connections and potential sources of health risks. If we find any threats, we take a commitment from our customers regarding their improvements.

We have always ensured to provide the safest working environments for our employees.
